HISTORY. After the war, finishing school, the Hogwarts cleanup, ect, Harry Potter and Ginny Weasley decided to get married. Harry started a fast track career as an Auror in Kingsley Shacklebolts new ministry and Ginny joined the Holyhead Harpies. The couple moved to Holyhead and bought their home. They have lived there since.

In 2004 when Ginny became pregnant with James she took a leave of absence from work. It had always been in Harry's head that he would name his first son after his father and godfather and thus James was named. He was mobbed, a celebrity baby of the highest degree. Two years later when Al was born, Ginny finally retired from Quidditch and took a staff job writing for a Quidditch publication. Lily soon followed and Harry turned from a moody young man into a responsible, protective father.

When James turned out to need glasses at age ten the papers went wild again. Ginny chose a pair of more flattering glasses for him and the style has stuck ever since. James looked more like his namesake than ever. At age eleven he went to Hogwarts and was sorted into Gryffindor. When Al came to the school and was sorted into Slytherin, James took that as a personal offense.

He spent all of Al's first year picking on him horribly until Harry caught wind and put a stop to it. Lily soon came to Hogwarts and James' energy was redirected to torturing anyone who gave his baby sister a hard time. Now that James has grown out of his bullying phase he's trying to repair the relationship with his kid brother.
